About
We will be using this meeting as an opportunity to regroup with what members are doing to support evaluation and compliance against all components of The National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standard 4 – Medication Safety. With the recent announcement of 72 hour notice survey’s organisations must ensure all components are captured as business as usual.
Discussion will focus on:
- What tools/audits are members using to monitor compliance/assurance for Standard 4.
- Are members using KPI’s or National Indicators for Quality Use of Medicines (QUM) in Australian Hospitals to capture information on quality use of medicines?
- What data are you capturing to report?
- How do you capture the voice of the consumer?
We also would love you to bring your ideas for our face to face meeting in early 2023.
