The longest running CHA network, this multidisciplinary group is involved with developing and progressing paediatric focused medication safety initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.

- Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting Model – reduced length of stay and medication errors with significant cost saving measures.
- Extending to a 7-day service – evolved from a conscious decision to deprioritise low-risk patients during the week to be able to fund a weekend service. Low risk patients on admission are not reviewed by pharmacist unless their stay is longer than 2 days.
