Year-End Wrap-Up, highlighting the experiences of 2024.

As agreed during our October web conference, the focus for our November session will be a Year-End Wrap-Up, highlighting the experiences of 2024.

We kindly ask each service to prepare a brief (10-minute) reflection covering the following points:

1. Success – What has gone well this year?
2. Challenges – What obstacles or difficulties has your service faced?
3. Priorities for 2024 – What is your services key focus areas moving forward?
4. Personal Joy and Satisfaction at Work – What moments brought you the most joy or fulfillment in your role?

This will be an excellent opportunity to celebrate our successes, reflect on challenges, and look forward to what’s next.
