Discussion surrounding Patients Reported Experience Measurement survey (PREMs) for inpatient, outpatient, and transition patients.
SCHN NSW Developed a 16 question PREMS based on ACI PREMs and the Min Standards for coordinated delivery of paediatric Rehab in NSW Health and other validated Paediatric PREMS in consultation with consumer representative.
