This workbook aims to help you and your colleagues to ask yourselves some key questions about how you work together, to better understand what you are doing well, and what you might be able to do better for the benefit of children and families in your care.
The guide aims to:

- Support clinical teams – regardless of whether they work in emergency care, outpatients, wards, or PICUs,
- Identify opportunities to further improve the care being provided to children, young people, and their families, and
- Work together to make those improvements a reality.
