Executive Benchmarking Briefings
For most health service leaders the challenge is having too much data rather than not enough. For this reason, CHA offers all member services the opportunity to have a virtual briefing on their benchmarking reports.
These briefings are tailored to each service and help leaders to identify and focus on the priority insights and opportunities arising from the comparative data. The briefings can be provided to an individual service or clinical leader, or to a group of service executives. Whatever is useful.
CHA can also make introductions to key contacts in other children’s services where a particular innovation or model of care is of interest.
