Executive Network Groups
Bringing Together Leaders from Children’s Hospitals Across Australia and New Zealand
CHA’s Executive Networks bring together senior leaders from across the children’s healthcare sector in Australia and New Zealand. Spanning 16 dedicated groups, each network is tailored to a specific executive role, providing a trusted space for strategic discussion, peer learning, and collaboration.
These forums support knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and system-wide improvement in areas such as service delivery, safety, culture, and strategy. Many networks meet virtually and in person, with participation guided by the Chatham House Rule to encourage open and respectful exchange.
