CHA is delighted to invite you and your peers to our annual Paediatric Units Insight Forum on the 28 and 29 October 2024 at the Mercure Hotel, Sydney NSW.   

This Insight Forum offers a rich 2-day multidisciplinary meeting of shared learning and networking.  Whether you work directly with patients or are supporting clinicians to deliver safe, high-quality care to children and families, this meeting provides an opportunity to network with peers from Paediatric Units across Australia and New Zealand, sharing insights on common challenges and successes in meeting the needs of children & their families.  

What will the program cover?

We have an expansive agenda this year, designed to provide practical examples of innovative approaches to common challenges whilst ensuring adequate time for participants to discuss, share ideas and learnings. 

The agenda topics cover:

  • Priority Populations – Improving equity, inclusivity and outcomes for children of priority populations thorough tailored tools and specialist collaborations
  • Dysregulated Behaviours – What systems, strategies and tools are helping to best support your staff, families and the young person with dysregulated behaviours?
  • Eating Disorders – With almost all paediatric units caring for children with eating disorders, let’s discover models of care to reduce review times, decrease admission rates, and length of stay
  • Outpatient and Shared-care Models – Reimagining service provision to improve timely access to care, using innovative and diverse paediatric teams.

All registrations are for 2 days and include a complimentary dinner on the 28th October

Member Rates: 
CHA Individual Rate: $865 (incl. GST) 
CHA Group Rate*: $715 per person (incl. GST)  
We offer a reduced Group Rate for all members who register as a group of three or more. Only applicable when three or more delegates from one hospital register simultaneously via the event organiser.  Only one invoice will be provided, and payment must be received before the event. Satellite meeting for Children’s Service leaders after the Forum 
CHA is also pleased to offer a complimentary one-day meeting on Wednesday 30 October, after the Insight Forum and at the same venue for:
