Safety Alerts
The CHA Safety Alerts portal allows the sharing of safety alerts relevant to paediatric services with the aim of sharing learning between states to reduce the risk of harm or serious safety events around Australia. These alerts have been developed by member organisations, state or federal agencies bringing together relevant paediatric content into one place.
About Safety Alerts
CHA encourages the reporting of incidents and the results of investigations related to medications, medical device issues, serious safety events, frequent low-level incidents, near misses that have the potential for serious harm to occur, and safety publications relevant to paediatric services.
Members can set up notifications of these alerts in our online Members Community.
All staff of member hospitals have access to all resources and presentations in the secure online Members Community.
